Off-Season Powerbuilding Program
The beauty of this powerbuilding program lies in it’s simplicity, which I believe is the crux of off-season training. You don’t want overly complicated programs and you certainly don’t want to push yourself above 90% of your 1RM.
The majority of the program focuses on compound lifts. There is significant hypertrophy work throughout designed to work on your weak points and gain muscular size.
But most days utilise an AMRAP set designed to drive positive adaptations through volume. Not through intensity.
Eat, sleep and aim for an extra rep per AMRAP set each week and I guarantee you’ll gain good quality size and strength.
